Online order was a little late getting to the team. However, they were great to acknowledge us and got our order created quickly.

I got a split protein bowls. I only wanted certain things on one side. Called and they said they already made the bowl. Get there and the bowls aren’t made plus they were out of yogurt. She asked if I wanted extra granola which was fine. I didn’t get my extra agave. The granola was the consistency of powdered graham crackers. I just don’t understand how my bowls went from being not ready to half ready with no yogurt that I’m sure I paid for. Plus I paid for extra granola so really compensating the no yogurt for granola isn’t a proper trade off. Every time I get a bowls it’s either crammed in the container or poorly made. The taste of the main part of the bowl is never consistent. I’m just over all displeased with the service I get 4 out of the five times I visit.

Came and preorder and let her know my name, she couldn’t find it until I told her what it was. Took longer to pick up than I thought it would. Not that friendly when you go in or when you leave

Extremely fresh products. Excellent customer service. The Saturday crew is very attentive and helpful. Love love love their juices and smoothies. I have visited this location for years and I have always had a wonderful experience. The products are so delicious and healthy.
We love being able to order online and pick up at a Nekter location! That day, we were on a cross-country trip and wanted some juice and smoothies before hitting the road. Our order was ready ahead of schedule, and the team member even brought the last one out to our car when it was ready. The only complaint we have is that there isn't a Nekter location in Georgia where we live.
