Left an online complaint about ordering 6 bottles of celery detox through the app 8 days in advance and still not ready with no phone call or anything. Drove over an hour away to get them. 6 bottles sitting in plain view in the cooler next to me and wouldn’t let me have to fill my order. Then I even got charged for my order through the app when I got back to my car. This place is run by a bunch of children. I will be doing a negative review on every online platform I can find.

This was my first time ordering online, so I guess I didn’t follow protocol for pick up properly. However, I did see my item being created, then I didn’t. I thought maybe someone had walked away with it, only to find out it was stored in a fridge/freezer. That was fine, but I wasn’t acknowledged when I first walked in, nor was I acknowledged after sitting for a few minutes. Maybe they thought I was waiting for someone. But in many occasions elsewhere, I’ve at least been asked “have you been helped?” It’s the only location in Tyler, so I will be back just because of the quality of the menu items. Just sharing this to maybe enhance my next and someone else’s experience here.
