I’ve walked into Nekter 3 times and no one speaks to me. I wanted behind the counter for 2 mins the second time I visited and no one spoke and said hello, or I’ll be right with you. What is up with that?? I just won’t be ordering from there anymore.

I visit this location quite often, this experience has been different than my last perfect experiences. When I walked in, I was not greeted, a girl in from the back and didn’t say a word, I went ahead and told her what I was there for, she then went to the back, got my smoothie, came out and handed it to me. Nothing was said, not thank you or anything. It’s not a huge deal for me, but for other customers that have not visited this location might think otherwise.
