I come to Nekter a lot! I always order 20 min ahead because I’m in a hurry to get to work. This happens often but I order and arrive early because I have a job to get to. Today I arrive (5 minutes after “pick up” time). My order hasn’t been started. Someone walked in after me to order at counter. The young lady looks at me says she’s still working on min (hasn’t started). So I figured she’d make mine after taking the lady’s order. No she made her

It was a good product and felt a like a healthy choice. The store was clean and the service was prompt. I come in occasionally and overall don't experience the most engaging team members when I come in, but they aren't dismissive either. I would recommend a little more focus on making sure visitors feel welcomed and as important as making the orders themselves.

I actually tried to get a juice the night before, arriving at 640pm when closing time said 7pm. I was told "we have already broken the juicer down for the night, we cannot fix juices after630pm". I do not understand the closing time of 7pm, and breaking down the juicer 30minutes early. This is confusing for customers and inconvenient. Please consider actually breaking down the juicer when you are closed, rather than business hours.
