99% of the time it's great. This time makes it the third time the almond butter was forgotten. I called and left a message; I didn't have time to come back like last time to get it fixed. I love your bowls and juices! So I am a loyal customer.

Visited this location a couple of weeks ago. I love whole fresh foods so I was excited to give this a try. However, the bowl I ordered was supposed to contain peanut butter but I didn't taste peanut butter in it at all. Not sure if I'll revisit this location. The bowl was good but not what I ordered.
I go in here often because I work near by and I just love the customer service

I submitted an order through the app, paid, and got there after it was supposed to be ready. All the lights were off in the store and no one was up front. After I came in, someone came from the back, turned on the lights, then told me they didn’t get my order. She then looked and saw they did get it and started making it then. From that point it was very quick and efficient and tasted great. It was just disappointing that I ended up being late to work for waiting instead of grabbing it and going. Love it though and will definitely be back.

I love this store. The staff is always kind And courteous, they make everything quickly and efficiently, and everything tastes great. I would love having more options on the menu, but that’s the only improvement that I would recommend

If you like fresh fruit and vegan smoothies. Give them a try. A little on the pricey side.
It was ok except the peanut butter was left off. I still will continue to order because I love Nekter. But I love peanut butter too! 😠

I ordered a juice cleanse, said it would be ready on a certain day and when I got there I was told that my order was not ready and they didn't have all the stuff to prepare it so I have to come back another day

The staff in Tyler TX are friendly & attentive. I’m usually in & out quickly which I appreciate. I love having healthy options not packed with added sugar!
