I get one of these banana berry bowls a week. The only complaint today is that the girl made very large slices of strawberries instead of chopping them up, so it’s making it very difficult to eat, as well as not seeming to have as much strawberries as I normally do. There’s also chia seeds dumped on top of the bananas which I’ve never noticed before, but still good.

The past two times I’ve been I’ve noticed my bowls were made kind of sloppier than normal. I love the peanut butter bowl and I get it every time on occassion I’ll get a smoothie. Not a fan of your juices. Also I really wish we had scoop in this location. Every time I go to Dallas I tell myself I’m going to go to a location that has scoop but I forget! As a vegan I would love to come get a scoop of “ice cream” somewhere in Tyler every once and a while

The peanut butter bowl needs more peanut butter. 2 of the last 3 times I have ordered it you couldn’t tell it was in there.

I love the quick, friendly service at Nekter; but more importantly I love the healthy, fresh smoothies they mix up.

The juices and bowls are really good but it’s been twice in a row that they simply forgot to make my order. I waited 30 min for a simple juice and saw them make bowl after bowl to people that ordered 20 min after I did. I was almost late to work! The second time I didn’t have work but it’s still annoying having to wait and remind them to make my order. However, they were nice enough to upsize my drinks.

I placed order on line and it was ready. I did get there at about 5 till 7. I didn’t realize they closed at 7. My daughter came and was wanting to get the same 18 bottles I got. This was not the cleanse. It was just 18 various ones my family likes. The worker over charged my daughter about $6. I asked worker about it? She said I would have to come back Monday at opening to talk to the manager...she rang it up as a 3 day cleanse. Not 18 grab and go. I wasn’t going to say anything ....just no big deal......we will just order on line from now on Yesterday my husband wanted me to order 18 bottles for him to put in frig at his office for people to drink I ordered on line..he didn’t get a chance to pick them up. I went today. Same girl. Says my order isn’t there if I don’t pick it up on the day ordered. They have to redo it. I said I ordered grab and go bottles. She said a cleanse. I said no. She couldn’t find my order that I paid for. I had to find my receipt . Then she told me she didn’t now what I ordered i said can’t you look on my order form? She told me No only a manager could. I said well then get your manager . she we to the back and saw my order. 😬😬

Great service, smoothie taste fresh and was ready when I walked in - LOVE the mobile app that allows that.

The wait was a little long, they were busy and I did use the app enroute to the store. I had ordered a parfait and a bottled water on the app, when they called my name for my order all they had was my smoothie not the other items ordered. They asked me to grab them from grab and go box there wasn't any parfaits. They offered me something of equal value and I got a bar of some sort. It was my first time to use the app and I was not impressed but will try again with more notice. It was busier than I have ever seen it, so that makes me happy. I would love for Tyler to embrace this business so it stays around.
