I purchased the advanced cleanse after researching the material on the website. The associate was knowledgeable and helpful with tips on successfully completing the cleanse. I go here often and always have a wonderful experience.

The Tyler store is awesome. Raises for everybody. They fix my cleanse order without missing a beat and didn’t hesitate to do what it takes!! Will keep coming and telling people to come. Would love to see more coconut water/juice and young coconut meat options.

Today I decided to try Nekter after rave reviews. The staff was nice and help me find a drink that I may like. I notice after ordering everyone was waiting, so I sat down in no hurry and waited also. After what seem to be 15-20 minutes, I noticed everyone that had been waiting received their order and even people that arrived after me had gotten their order and left. I sat for a little longer and after seeing a girl receive her ordered that just walked in I decided to just go ask for a refund. The girl thought I had gotten my order and maybe didn’t like it. I would have love to give her my review on the drink but I never received it nor was it being made... Its so hard to get great customer service in a small town and this time was no different:( It sucks because I really wanted my drink.

We offer online ordering if you're ever in a hurry or would like to skip the line, so it's possible these guests were picking up online orders! Overall it’s a very good experience. I am glad we have a healthier food option in town with Nektar. The cost is a little higher than I would have thought so that’s why I don’t go as often. But it’s always a treat when I do. Another location more “in town” would also be beneficial.
