Ordered on the app, my order was complete on time. Employee was pleasant when I picked up my order.

Your location is doing great. I was observing your staff and although they are young, they could use some customer service training. I went to the counter to grab my pick up order and nobody greeted or addressed me as I stood there waiting to be helped. I had to speak up and ask for my pick up to which they pointed me to the Door Dash section of the cooler. I ordered through the Nekter app so I didn’t think to look there first. Second, I noticed the young male employee had two friends come in and he gave them free stuff from the Rocky Mountain chocolates (did not notice if they paid for their Nektar items). I only mention this because I’m a business owner myself and I know that employees don’t treat it like it’s their own. I would like to hope he paid for them later or maybe you allow free stuff for employees which he passed on to them but I know it’s bad for business. I would like to make note that the female employee was minding her business cleaning and keeping busy while this interaction was going down. We love your store regardless and will be back to support. Takes quite a while for them to prepare orders when ordering in person since it seems like mobile orders are the priority. Other than that staff are welcoming and helpful when ordering
