A bit expensive, but on par with most similar juice places. Their dairy free 'ice cream' is pretty good and safe for someone with a strong dairy allergy.
Nothing like driving over to a place and arriving there at 7:30pm to be told that they stop making juices at 7pm when it’s stated they close at 8pm. If this is so, it should be stated online and in store.
Very disappointed for the customer service I received today. I bought 2 three days cleansing pack, 1 advance and 1 classic. 1 bag of advance was expired 6/18/18. I brought it back to the store within 30 minutes and the manager "Sam" claims that he did not give me an expired bag of juices. I had to call the owner and complain before the manager would give me what he calls "complimentary bag." It's not complimentary if I paid for it and did not get credit. Check every single expiration dates. Found 1, outside tag claims 7/23/18 but juice inside expires 7/10/18. Had to call the owner the 2nd time to express my disappointment once I left the store.

I walked into the Valencia store about 4:00. Maybe 4 people in the lobby waiting for drinks. The girl at the counter told me to hold on. She proceeded to wash dishes why I stood there and waited. She never turned around to take my order. I waited over five minutes, then I walked out! Customers should be more important than doing dishes! I felt very very unwelcome in that store !
