I paid for an add on to the smoothie that was never added. I have noticed about a 50/50 chance of any additions actually being delivered on when I order via the app. It’s incredibly frustrating to be gambling money on something that isn’t meant to be a gamble. Employees are either on autopilot and not paying attention, or the ticket that goes to them from the app isn’t making any changes obvious enough for them to notice. Either way, it’s incredibly frustrating and makes me hesitate to order.

Your app makes me login and enter all my information and birthdate every single time I want to use it. Doesn’t save my credit card information kind of a pain to use but other than that the service is great at the store.

It was awesome. Got an email offer, called the store, someone helped me use the app and we ordered this morning. Perfect!
The lady in the store did not even acknowledge us and did not even call out our order when she was done. Just very cold and not inviting at all. We would not be coming back to this store ever again.
