Great! If it’s one area to improve it would have to be in regards of the drinks. Associates should consider that when drinks are made, fruits and vegetables are sometimes at room temperature. Every time I order a drink and request to add ice, it’s still warm. Maybe have ingredients in cold temperatures before or consider adding more ice to larger drinks. Thank you!

I placed an online order for pickup at 830. The first item from my order wasn’t ready until 842. The employee worked on two other orders afterwards. I had to remind them about my missing ginger shot. Ended up leaving the store around 847.

I ordered a açaí banana berry bowl with no blueberries on top and with agave and paid extra for chia pudding. The bowl I got had blueberries on top and no agave or chia pudding.

Everything was fine. Just that when I came in for my order on time maybe a minute earlier it wast ready and was told it would be additional time. That’s fine I work next door. They have no issue with that. Just that there were only one person handling the drinks and looks drained. And one person in the back not really helping much. I felt bad because the one on bar seemed overwhelmed and the person in the back didn’t offer to help much. The guy on bar was reviving online orders and taking order too I just feel that that was only thing to do.
My friend works in a set up like this and her other coworkers would help out regardless if they have other tasks that can be finished later.
Attending guest is first yes but if their drinks are backed up because there are many drinks I feel like there should be help somewhere there.
Nevertheless would come back because the drink was worth the adicional 7 mins

I have ordered through the app several times to use my time efficiently but often times, when I show up after the "ready" window, the staff doesn't even acknowledge my presence which inevitably delays the entire ordeal because I have to sit and wait 3-5 minutes for them to hand me my drink order. The product is great and i will continue to purchase however customer service is severely lacking.
