Arrived to this location at 8:55am. It’s 9:13 and my smoothie hasn’t been prepared. When I walked in, it took a while for my order to be taken. Shortly after, an employee left the store. Leaving only 1 person to attend to customers. I was then told it would take an extra 10 minutes for my smoothie. I told the employee that I needed to go to work and she said she’d make it. She ended up making the wrong smoothie. She crumbled my receipt and went to make my correct order. Not a great experience at this location. Customer service and speed was very poor.
The customer service here is top notch! I was greeted immediately and got great advice about which smoothies I could get by one of the employees. It's clear that they are passionate about their juice! I decided on the Pink Flamingo smoothie and it was delicious! I will definitely come here again to try more things! I also think it's great that they have a good variety of pre-packaged juices and smoothies if you can't wait for them to make it fresh. :)
Juice. Smoothies. Healthy I guess depending on what you consider healthy. Service was borderline bad. Clearly employees who dgaf. But if you just want juice or a smoothie you're good to go.

My favorite place to go for juices (and I go often because I work in the area). The whole staff is beyond friendly. When you put in your order via the app it’s always ready when they say it will be ready. I’ve never had a bad drink from here and they don’t jip you on how much juice they give you. When you order a 24 oz you actually get 24 ozs! I will always go back here.

My wife and I visited Nekter recently while at Liberty Station. We ordered one of their acai bowls and I can say it was perfect. The ladies attending the business were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We will be back soon.

Their "Toxin Flush" cured my hang over and made my liver happy once again. I had a headache and felt nauseous all day after a night of hard drinking, and this actually got rid of all my symptoms soon after drinking it. Delicious, fresh ingredients. Great staff as well!
