I love Nekter! I have a juicer at home, but it takes a lot of work to make what I want. Nekter offers that and I can pick it up in no time. I really, really appreciate you guys and all that you offer.
I would LOVE for there to be a way to offer a tip on the app. I always order through the app and want to add gratuity, but there isn't a way to do so for the Liberty Station location.

It’s excellent except I’m unable to manually put in the barcode for points. The site never recognizes the numbers, which I carefully put in. So I’m missing out on reward points.

I like to order a smoothie on my way to workout in Liberty station. I usually order before I ride my bike over. It normally take 15+ min. I would say 50% of the time my smoothie is not ready yet when I arrive. Of course they make it right away and the staff is nice about it; however, the whole point to ordering ahead of time is for it to be ready.

I waited for an hour for a smoothie. If I knew it would be an hour I would have gone elsewhere. No attempt was made to correct the issue or apologize for the delay. Not was I told it would be so long as I ordered immediately after entering.
