There were only 2 people working and multiple people were waiting a long time for their orders. They asked what I was waiting for smoothie for friend (Alexa) and bowl for me (Christina). They finally gave me my friends smoothie, and I waited a long time longer. I then went to the register to make sure that they got my order and she looked in the refrigerator and it had already been ready. So I waited and made my friend wait a bunch of extra time for no reason. They seemed very overwhelmed and tons of people were waiting.

They said my order never printed, I had to wait about 20 minutes for my drink I had ordered online because I didn’t want to wait. Poor experience.

I love everything I get at Nekter, but the customer service isn't great. I always order ahead online for pick-up and I have been ignored at the pick up window several times.

Honestly, these smoothies and the elderberry shot were stupid good. So so so delicious. My 9 year old barely eats because he is so picky. He was OBSESSED with his smoothie. You're working miracles over there.
