Did a mobile order and I still waited a very long time for 2 drinks. They had no line and 1 other customer waiting when I arrived.

It was pretty busy which is understandable, but there were people who got there after me who received there orders first which was frustrating. But quality of food was great and everyone was very nice!

Arrived to pick up my pick up order and it wasn’t ready. I waited almost 15 minutes before approaching the desk again on the status. She went to the fridge pulled it out and I asked how long ago it was ready and she said 10 minutes ago. I said I’ve been sitting her waiting and she just looked at me with a blank stare.
