The past two weeks my Greenie had ginger added to it and it was very spicy. Not sure why this keeps happening.

5 stars for the product and 2 stars for service within a half hour of closing. If you feel like everything takes forever because they prioritize closing everything down before the last customers are served, you are right.
Don't expect to be allowed to order anything that utilizes the juicers within twenty minutes of closing; they'll turn you away, saying that the juicers are down.
Enjoy the products after they are served though, because they are delicious!

I arrived at 8:30 AM to pick up the online order placed that was supposed to be ready “by 8:30 AM.” Staff said my order was “up next” when I checked in for pick up. Several other customers who placed their orders after me received their items first. I waited 25 minutes and left the store at 8:55 AM. It would have been much faster to order in store.

Everytime I order from this location my drinks are never ready by the time they say they will be. The staff straight up ignores you/mobile orders, even when they turn around and see you standing there waiting to pick something up- note the last 3 times I've come to this location, there are 0-1 customers present in the shop. Its not busy. But also, if you dont want people to stand and wait at the sign that says mobile pickup here, maybe just take it down and force people to go to the register. This location is purely out of convenience.

Juice is among the best. Order ahead works well. For some reason, the stores feel dirty relative to others with food on tables. Same in La Jolla.

I ordered on the app and it was to be ready at 3:07. I arrived at 3:05. When I tried to connect with staff they ignored me and I was stuck waiting to pick up my order. It was 12 minutes past the pick up timewhen they finally looked at me. Then, the staff member said, “oh yeah, that order has been ready..”
I was almost late taking my daughter to gymnastics. Could you possibly have a coldcase to put pick up orders?
