I had a great experience getting my juice cleanse. The staff was able to hold part of my order so that I could pick it up at the end of the day, but I was able to take the portion I needed . Great staff!

I think the Liberty station in Point Loma is understaffed… there’s always a line and when ordering from mobile, wait time is always double what the estimated time is

The acai bowl was tasteless! I kept adding honey once I was home and that still didn't help. It was basically frozen water.
I admittedly goofed when I ordered online. Instead of ordering two different things, I ordered 2 of the same.... again-that's on me. BUT... the girl behind the counter was so snarky about it. I paid to have a third bowl made with what I actually wanted and took the extra home thinking I would have it later. Sadly mine was so yucky, I threw it away.
I wish I had something better to say. Sadly, I looked up your ratings online AFTER the fact and saw that you are at the bottom of the list. I hope you use this email and the ratings to improve your products. Thanks.

This was the first time I’ve ever had an order that didn’t quite have a high standard of quality. The fruit was minimal and brown - the agave was missing and there was almost no granola. Just some feedback - the fruit really did seem very unfresh.
