The staff during my pick-up on May 19 were delightful! I've been here in the past and the staff were a bit rude. My experience on May 19 was great. My order was not ready at the time of my arrival, but the staff ensured that it would be the next one they worked on. They were kind and efficient. Thank you!

I generally love my smoothies here, but today the ratio was off with too much ice. It won't keep me from going back, but just feedback for the staff to take their time with the ratio of the products, even when it's super busy. I'd rather wait longer for a good smoothie than regret my purchase for a bland $11 icey.

I used the app and it told me my order would be ready in 25 min, I showed up at the store 30 min after I placed my order and it wasn’t ready, yet the store was empty. When I asked the staff about my order they looked confused, as if I was early, idk it was weird. It took the staff 10 min to make my order after I arrived. Now I’m hesitant to order ahead on the app when in a rush knowing it’s a possibility that it won’t be ready when I arrive.
On a more positive note, the açaí bowls were fantastic as usual.
