The staffing is not fair to your employees or the clients.
This is the 3rd time this has happened and everyone knows this is the usual issue at this location. I will never go to this location again and will always will advise to my friends and family to do the same.

The time estimated was missed by about 30 minutes. When I had gotten to the location at the estimated time on the site, they had not even started the order.
