Ok smoothies and not worth the wait. 20 mins and only one person in front of me. Samantha was extremely rude.

Delivery was extremely slow. Received our order and it was completely melted. To spend $35+ for melted açaí is insane. Extremely disappointed.

Waited an extra 15 minutes for drinks. Coffee smoothie was watery. They seemed very understaffed.

The service was quick and easy, my order was exactly the way I wanted it. I’ve visited this location before a couple of times and I haven’t had a single complain.

they were backed up. They made sure the told me and I was fine with it I completely understand as I am a GM next door to this location. I spent my break waiting and had to go back but had a coworker grab it for me. She said they were apologetic. But I never have anything bad to say about this location.

Two concerns today. My order was supposed to include chopped dates, but there were none. More concerning, though, was that the person making my Acai bowl wiped her nose at least twice on the back of her hand while preparing food. Definitely not ok.
