Everything was fine except my order I placed 3 days in advance wasn’t ready so they gave me someone else’s order. Online orders should be ready when the customers arrive especially when placing it days in advance

I get being short staffed because of everything going on. But i waited at the cashier for over 5 minutes and both cashier's said nothing to me. My food was a to go order. So once i was actually acknowledged i was in and out.
