I love Nekter. My issue is usually always the service. Most of the time the employees are completely rude, like extremely rude, but I love the product. I haven't been in awhile, been supporting more local shops (service is usually much better there) but I stopped by on Tuesday and the girl working was super pleasant and sweet. It was a nice change.

My order was missing something I paid extra for. I called the store they were unable to do anything about it except give me what was missing on the side but I have to return to the store. They also said I could go to the web site or call the 800 number. I tried both your hour are not very long so I sent an email. Your stores directly should be able to do more.

I love Nekter and I’m a frequent costumer, BUT today’s drink tasted like watered downed celery juice w/sweet syrup, not a good taste and I couldn’t taste the lemon nor the ginger, I had added either.
It tasted terrible. I constantly order the same drink, so I know when it’s not done right.
