It was me and another person waiting for our mobile pick up orders. The girl employee looked over and asked for the other persons name, gave her her order and then went back to what she was doing. I was standing right there but she didn’t acknowledge me at all. The other employee (blonde) saw me, asked for my name and got my order. I felt a little forgotten in the beginning. On the plus side the strawberry protein smoothie was great! Thank you!

San Dimas Nectar Team was very friendly and attentive. Last order was having an application issue where I was trying to just add an additional drink to my original order and was forced to order up my drink twice on the Nectar application.
Team member noticed this and held off on making the 2nd drink and verified when I arrived for pick up. I should asked for her name where she was shoulder length brunette with hair tied back. Again, very friendly and attentive and was able to refund my 2nd drink that was never made back to my application gift card. 😁
