My drinks are never made correctly. Even when I try to explain to the girls working they blow me off. It's thr only nektar in my area so I am stuck ordering from this location.

Today I ordered 2 celery aids and 4 ginger shots on line. Went to pick them up and was concerned about the color of the ginger shots they looked like a dark salsa verde color, the acting lead said well it's not. I said I know it's not. They said they don't clean between juicing I said then what was it they said celery juice. I don't understand how my celery juice was clearer than the shots. I asked for money back she said she couldn't do that. I said ok give me gift card. She said cant her SOP won't let her. Another girl said that they just cleaned another machine and will remake me them. I'm satisfied as the 2nd batch was clear and clean but this has to do with training and taking pride for the company. I get it things happen but if you can clearly see an issue and make me feel like they can't help you or not sorry that is just unacceptable to me. I blame the owner of the franchise to have proper training for un happy customers. I did t ask for anything other than what I ordered.

Your customer service is poor. They need to work on that. They made a bowl wrong for me and had attitude when I asked them to do it properly, they gave me attitude.
