I paid extra for pineapple and to add extra apple and it wasn’t included in my drink. This is the second time this has happened. I let it slide the first time because my service is usually good. But I am paying extra.

Have had better service at other Nekters. Other Nekters they have my bowls in a bag with spoons and napkins ready when I pick up. This Nekter she asked if I needed a bag, then bagged and walked away to the back. Didn’t ask if I need spoons or napkins.

I was disappointed that my phone was not ready and then it was missing peanut butter. I did appreciate the quickness in which it was made when I arrived but I had ordered quite a bit ahead for a pick up time.
