This is my favorite Nektar. I discovered this chain not too long ago and I stop in several days per week! I was happy to sign up for the rewards today because it is on my list of favorite places! Always good customer service and very clean!

I'm not sure why these feedback emails keep coming time after time when absolutely nothing is done about what is written inside them. This location is great as long as everything goes perfectly. If you have an issue you are screwed. I did an order ahead back in November and when I arrived at the store it was closed. I reached out to the location several times and never got a response.

Your online order is much easier than in person order. I have not had great experience walking in person and ordering. I have had better experiences on the app. I love the rewards you offered during the holiday so I gave it another try. Definitely will be trying it again.
