I love nektar and we go there probably once a week, but there is a trend that I see at the San Dimas store and it is way understaffed. It is always busy and the wait for smoothie is about 25 minutes. I have learned to order ahead on the app but even when I get there, I still have to wait. There’s almost always only one person working and there are customers waiting in line and customers waiting to pick up and today. I saw somebody that was waiting in line who left because the wait was too long. There needs to be two people working at this location.
