I visit this location regularly, and on the last several visits, the same error has been made each time. I always order ahead on the app and my usual order is 3 smoothies total, with two of those being the same smoothie (its two Tropical Coolers and one Orange Crush). And the last at least five times I have ordered, when I show up, I am given only two smoothies and I have to explain that there should be 3 total, and that I need a second Tropical Cooler smoothie. Of course, each time they have made the smoothie for me and I leave with all 3, but it’s a little frustrating to have to explain each time and wait for the 3rd smoothie to be made for me. I’m not sure if something can be updated on the ticket or receipt that prints once a mobile order is placed to better reflect the quantity of the smoothies ordered. But hopefully something can be improved so that I can avoid this situation on future visits. Thank you!

Ordering ahead doesn't help. There is always a wait. Even when they aren't busy.
