I waited 15 minutes to order and 30 minutes for my smoothie. The server was over whelmed and blenders were not working. Another worker came in and then left. This was today from from 2:15 to 2:52. I was looking forward to trying this place but will not be back

I really like Nektar, San Dimas. Staff is always pleasant. They acknowledge and greet you when you walk in. Kitchen, seating and tables are clean. Juices and smoothies are always delicious.

I asked for almond butter instead of peanut butter and they put peanut butter in my smoothie. I have a food sensitivity to peanut butter so I was not pleased and will not be returning.

The employee was great but he was working by himself with a long line of customers. He was working very hard, but shouldn’t have to be alone to handle it all by himself. There is no excuse for being understaffed and putting the pressure on one employee. I would choose not to support this business if this is how they treat their employees. But I applaud the employee for being as calm and hardworking as he was. Do better Nékter.
