The mobile ordering process did not give an accurate order pick up time. I placed my order at 10:28 and did not receive my items until 10:57 (my estimated time was 10:38). The location seems very understaffed. There was a growing line, and not enough workers to help handle the amount of customers and order preparation.

My experience at the location I went to for pick up of an online order was great. The item I ordered was ready when I arrived. I did have to wait a few minutes before someone assisted me and gave me the drink. One employee was assisting a customer at the register and the other was mixing drinks. The vibes in the location I went to were very chill and I did enjoy the music playing.
