App was challenging to use. Little to no service in the establishment made it challenging to place an order to redeem my birthday shot. Even when looking up my account from the register, they couldn’t see the reward so I had to almost leave the shop to place the order thru the app. Experience was frustrating and more complicated than necessary. Cashier should have been able to help.
