okay experience. 1 employee had friends outside smoking towards the restaurant and blocking the door way from customers and banging on it trying to make him laugh. when i walked in he was more occupied w staring at his friends i wasn’t acknowledged by him until another associate saw me and had to stop what she was doing to assist me while he was being helpless. i understand having friends visit you at work but be professional about it when your clocked in.

The staff is fast and I receive my order timely.

I had to order my cleanses individually because it displayed it would not be ready for same day delivery. When I got to the store the cashier shared it was cheaper to buy the whole kit. I explained it was showing if I bought the kit it would not be ready same day. The cashier explained they are prepared daily and are first come first serve but almost always have some available to purchase. I was really frustrated because I knew I had to pay more but needed it same day. The online system is terrible if it does that, you are overpaying when it’s not necessary. However, I appreciate the advice from the cashier so now I’ll just come in and check in person.

Asked for extra ginger and got extra lemon but it was still really good

Got here at 9:27pm they close at 10pm. The lady took my order after looking back to their prep area. Then when i was about to pay she said that they just cleaned their juicer machine and cant take any other juice order. I asked when they usually "start washing" their juicer and she said 9:30pm, bruhhh it's 9:31pm and why did you take my order AFTER checking the prep area. And they took awhile to even start taking my order. Last time i was there, i did not have this problem, staff would just quickly juice it real quick. Clearly they're trynna leave early, which is fine I guess. Please then whenever customer comes 9:20ishPM tell them right away that yall cannot take Juice order.
