The workers are exceptional. The app worked great. It was the flavor that was off. It didn’t have the full flavors it was pretty plain and it was not the best consistency by the time I ate it. It was disappointing.

Showed employee a reward coupon. They didn’t process it & charged me regular price. It took 35 minutes for 2 items (1 bowl & 1 smoothie). I love the items nektar sells but the poor customer service & long wait times make me go elsewhere
