I ordered ice in my drink and there was no ice.

Food was good. Service was excellent. Very polite.

Order was wrong.. paid extra and didn’t get the toppings on the bowls. Was still yummy

I do order ahead and this is normally ready when I get there. This time it was ready and waiting. They could a few more ounces in bowls or a little more fruit. But I rave about this place cuz it really is good

I was not greeted. I walked to the pick up area and was asked if I had a pick up order. Asked my name. Yeah, we’re working on it. She finished a juice for another guest and called it out. My order was done in a few minutes. Counter was dirty. Nothing spectacular, nothing horrible. Just meh. Bowls were put together well. Always love the products in general. Just okay I guess.

Completely horrible experience. Customer service at this location was awful and they finished all the orders in line before fulfilling our online order. When asked about it they were rude about it. This has happened at this location before.

Nekter is great, but bring back the old pumpkin smoothie! The pumpkin spice always tastes weird, like it’s watered down or something. Bring back the sweet, thick pumpkin smoothie you used to have!!!!!!
