Great service!

I usually love Nectar, but two days ago I got an incredibly watery bowl and all the toppings sank to the bottom. It tasted thin and flavourless.

Fast service, but the order was lacking the fruits that I ordered in sufficient quantities. At that price it should be full of fruit. I had 9 blue berries, 7 strawberry slices and the extra banana I ordered on top of the purée fruit which filled up only 2/3 of the container. For $13, the cost of an entree at a decent restaurant, the Berry Banana Bowl should be full of whole fruit. I really feel like the attempt at cost savings will hurt your business. This is why I stopped buying bowls a few times a week and now only buy it once every few months.

Great location! Fast service! My order was ready when I arrived!

I walked into the store to the online order pick-up counter, my order was ready, sitting in the fridge for my pick-up, the woman who was working the counter ignored me, served another person who came after me, she could have helped me as well since she was taking it out from the same fridge. I did let her know that I was first in line and already waiting but her response was dismissive. I felt she was professional and biased.

I order from apps it's gonna ready 7:42 but when I go there 7:44 they not make it yet and I have to wait the problem not have to wait but on of they girls is not nice

Very pleased with this service. However, my previous visit was a disappointment. Waited at register for almost 10 min before anyone acknowledged I was there.

I ordered on the app, and when I got there at my scheduled time, my order was not prepared. They seemed to be confused and not received it. Apparently their computer was not working.

Everyone here is really nice but the order is never done when it says it’s going to be no matter what time of day or night that part is frustrating that makes me not want to come even though the food is excellent and the people are really nice…I do a lot of online ordering because time is of the essence for me…It would be better if they give you a longer wait time and the food is done on the time they say

Great service that was fast and efficient. Like that it’s close to my work.

I made a mobile order for pickup that was supposed to be ready at 4:03 and I was at the store at 4 and told they were just about to get to it. Which was totally fine! Then it because 4:30 and I am STILL waiting for my order. The baristas are very nice but I did feel ignored that I have been visibly waiting and other people who arrived after me were already served.
