My bowl was made wrong. I tried to call the store and no one picked up.

i placed a rather late delivery order , when driver took too long to pick up the order , employee called me asking if i would like to pick it up and was willing to make accommodations for me to receive my order, luckily none of that was necessary yet she went above and beyond to make sure i received my order, most places would’ve thrown it away and said too bad. I didn’t tip this night. i already shouldn’t have been buying anything that night , i wish i had tipped though. Excellent customer service every time i’ve ordered here in redlands , quality of bowls after being delivered was still great . thank you for being reliable

My experience is great and always consistent at this location. The drinks and bowls are top tier!

Good first experience overall. Acai appears to be a little diluted but good portions. Friendly service.

Quick. Online ordering was easy and convenient. Bowls were ready before scheduled time but kept frozen.

Showed employee a reward coupon. They didn’t process it & charged me regular price. It took 35 minutes for 2 items (1 bowl & 1 smoothie). I love the items nektar sells but the poor customer service & long wait times make me go elsewhere

I love your product, healthy, Fresh, it is amazing. However this time I wonder if the upscale pay for the vanilla PE protein was added to my bowls since I tasted zero difference in flavor or texture. How would I know if it was added ?

My husband and I live the Açaí Bowls at Nekter. They are great tasting and do fresh.

This is the second time I come and the order is wrong . I tried calling the store and nobody answered. I got a credit for a free bowl because my last order was wrong and I didn't think to check the bag .

The workers were very friendly and they made our bowls delicious!

We ordered online, acai bowl with extra peanut butter. Expensive, but delicious. Order was ready VERY quick and pick up was seamless. Thanks

Staff is always friendly, smoothies and bowls are always fresh and made how ordered.

She was fast and seemed annoyed to be there. It’s like she wanted us out fast im not sure if she was busy with something else in the back but I wanted to purchase something else and she quickly ran to the back and yelled thanks. I wasn’t going to stay and eat my bowl there but I had to bc she was taking forever to come back up front. And I didn’t want to leave with out purchasing some shots I wanted. I understand she was by herself and it’s that’s not her fault she was scheduled alone but it ended up being her fault for the attitude she gave. I don’t tip until I see the service I receive. I am a server my self so I love to tip. She sure didn’t deserve one. But I’m sure her attitude would’ve been different if she had some help.

Literally the best smoothie bowl i’ve ever had, give the worker a raise asap. 😗

Unfortunately the dragon fruit bowl was not right consistency and watery like a smoothie
