Outstanding customer service and quality of food. I’ve tried out several acai bowl places, but none of them come close to the quality you guys provide at Nekter. Your workers are always so outstanding and kind, and very attentive to details and quick with their work. I use both order ahead and order inside, and both ways are great. I would like it if you guys had another store that is not in the shopping center (Redlands/San Bernardino CA location), because accessibility is a bit difficult. But it’s worth going out of my way. Thank you!! PS I get the Acai Superfood Bowl with protein additive which I highly recommend. You get all your fruits and veggies in for the day!!!

Promos don't always work...I got emails saying to order bowls 3+ times in January and get one free. I've done that and nothing has been free yet, no emails about it, nothing. :(

The strawberries were pink and soggy had to take them off and I think they were extra toppings for my bowl. I always pay extra for toppings and at night the bowl toppings look so rationed. At night staff seems more worried about closing and leaving on time than customer service. I’ll remind myself to go in the mornings only. Better staff, better bowl, better service.

Not the greatest they always put green bananas in the protein bowls
Went in about 7:30pm when I walked in at first I thought they where about to close as they had the seating area mopped and chairs put up when I went to order employee was nice at first but then after I ordered I wanted to add one more thing she got an attitude threw strawberry container in trash passive aggressively then muttered something else to another employee and rolled her eyes then when she proceeded to take my order she had a whole attitude mind you I was really nice to her even when she gave me attitude . Mia is a rude employee and when I got my protein bowl she gave me chopped up old banana I payed $13 the quality of the bowl was not worth the price . I will never order with Mia again I hope that management talks to her about her rude attitude towards customers.
