the online ordering form used Snider Plaza as the default store, and it was not made clear from the form that I was selecting Snider Plaza. I went to Pickwick to pick it up, and they told me Snider Plaza had it. The online ordering form needs to be made much clearer about which store is being ordered from, and should not allow you to place an order without manually choosing a store.

The juice was not made well. The people working there are not putting proper portions of the ingredients. For example my juice did not have any apple in it and no Kale was used. I think when they run low on an ingredient the owners/managers don't really care to refill and the workers are told to just fill the rest with celery juice. This is sad, I'm looking for a new juice place now : )
