Nice employees but the amount in my bowl was much less than the Plano location. For the money, I am paying I expect the bowl to be full.

I never get the extra toppings that I add and pay for which is extremely frustrating! Also every time I pick up my order the base is so watery! They don’t use enough ice or cold base. I pick it up usually the minute it is being finished and it’s still watery!
