The reason I am giving 2 stars is not because of quality or customer service. It is because of the OWNER.
I have been going to this branch for my juice for many months now and I hate the days when the owner is there. An elderly Asian lady who treats the staff like slaves. She is always yelling at them and speaking in a very bad manner. Just witnessed this same behavior again 2 days ago and I decided to write this review.
I know this is a franchise, but I strongly believe Nekter has operating standards that all owners should abide by. If I see her speaking to the staff like this again, I will make it my duty to report her to Nekter company.
Very Shameful...
