They were so fast and making my bowl and I ordered it ahead, I felt bad because I ordered it 30 minutes before close but she was so nice. The Snyder Plaza location in Dallas at 6:30 PM. So whoever was working, did a great job.

There has been a very noticeable dropoff in the amount of product Ive received in bowls. They used to fill the tubs to the brim, squishing down the toppings, now the bowls I get are only about 2/3rds full
