Very rude customer service. I’ve been coming here a few times, and not once has any employee greeted me or made me feel welcome. Every visit, I’m met with attitude, and it genuinely feels like customers are a nuisance to them. Unfortunately, this isn’t just one person. Every employee I’ve encountered is the same way, which tells me the management isn’t setting the right tone. The manager himself acts this way, so it makes sense the staff follows.
I’ve given this place many chances, but the customer service has consistently been bad. I won’t be returning. Please train your staff better. a simple hello goes a long way.

Solid 10/10! Amazing workers who are knowledgeable and have great attitudes. Fantastic product variety. There was a young lady with pink hair (can't remember her name) who was super friendly with an awesome vibe and gave excellent service. They've earned my repeat business for sure! You should give them a shot too!

Aiden's service is world-class. He makes drinks to total perfection and gets orders out fast and RIGHT. The detail of wiping the cup so I stay clean is amazing. He really knows the menu and delivers the same quality whether I'm ordering in person or online. Hope he's there every time I visit!!

Had an amazing experience. Felt so welcomed from the second I stepped through the door! The staff member was so courteous, professional and kind. My açaí bowl was incredible!!! Coming back for sure!
