Love Nektar!!! Thank you!!! Great juice!!! I had inquired about the elderberry smoothie because I never tried it. The employees that I asked at both stores that I go to frequently both never tried it either, so they couldn’t really give me any suggestion other than to say it’s a popular smoothie. Thanks. Great service.

Pleased to visit this location, friendly staff and the smoothie was early.

The smoothies aren’t always consistent. Like the cold brew drink is sometimes too much coffee and not like a thick protein shake, which is not as good.

The smoothie was solid too thick and the juice wasn’t the right balance of veggies too much ginger I couldn’t drink it

We love Nekter and we never have had any issues but this time it was 15 minutes late. I don’t fault the crew completely because there was a big rush that had come in probably right when we ordered online. The customers were being so rude to the crew. Our smoothie and juice were delicious and the crew kept their calm in a stressful situation.

Half the size and the guy messed up and had to throw the toppings off and remake it. Not very good management because out celery and not enough staff to even take the orders. Restroom was clean though. One person waited 45 mins for their smoothie.

I came in to grab a smoothie, and while the store is busy with orders, the staff did absolutely nothing to acknowledge the customers standing in line trying to place an order. I watched upwards of 5 customers leave. I’ve been in the store for nearly 30 minutes and still have not been able to place or order nor be acknowledged nor thanked for my patience. Absolutely terrible customer service. Shouldn’t take 45+ minutes for a smoothie.

I had a problem placing order online as the smoothie I needed was not listed. I called the store and the gal was very helpful. She told me what to order online in its place and said she would know that she should make Orange Crushes instead. My order came out perfectly! Appreciate that in todays age you can still pick up the phone and get service. 10 out of 10

Busy store. My smoothie tasted like it was missing an ingredient. It's a common one I order so I'm familiar with it.

Fantastic customer service! All our questions were answered & any needed modifications made to perfection. We even tried a new smoothie bc of the sweet way it was suggested! Love this store!!
