The Aliso Viejo Nekter is always great - great service, great smoothies. Today, I used mobile order for the first time and was very late for my pickup. I called ahead to let them know, and they were so friendly and said it wasn’t a problem. When I picked up my smoothies, they had kept it in the fridge/freezer in the back, which I super appreciate. Not sure if that’s standard or not, but either way that’s an excellent idea!

This store in particular is somehow always out of a menu item topping. The reason I received was "it takes along time to make". "the crew the night before forgot to make it" etc. I understand once, twice, even three times. But this has happened so often at this location that I have decided I would go somewhere else. Shame because its the closest location to my house. But when I am pre-paying for something on your app and told its unavailable when I arrive to pick up my order. Perhaps it should be removed from the option to buy.
