You will see quite a few poor reviews on here due to customer service and sad to say it’s still very poor. You will likely walk in and have to wait for the employees to stop talking to their friends who popped in to say hi before getting your order taken. My wife and I always ask to make our shakes extra thick but it NEVER happens. If you take time to let them know they look at you like you are an inconvenience. You’re better off going to the location off Lake Forest from my experience.
Ordered thru the nektar app, the staff didn't read all the details. After I spoke with them, they prepare everything again with no excuse.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is non-existent, as if you were interrupting their social hour. I have gone in several times and each time hoped the experience would be better, but they just don't seem to care that you came in to spend money. I always feel like I am an inconvenience; needless to say, this is the last time I will be going to this location.

Great vibe, good music & a fun staff who always remembers your order! The drinks are super good! I get the Skinny Colada (tastes like a Pina Colada) with a scoop of Vanilla Whey. Super Yummy!
I love this place. The juices are very good but perfectly healthy. You can see them do the juices, fresh fruits. There are so many different combinations of drinks. Personally, my favorite is pink flamingo. The waiter is very friendly and helps you with what to choose.
