I love the Rancho Santa Margarita, CA location. Emily is fantastic and is always a bright smile with amazing customer service. This is rare these days! The products are healthy and the variety is perfect. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so. The rewards program also helps save some cash. Be sure to check them out! Cheers!

Had a decent experience the first time I went here. However the second time I went was pretty horrible. One of the workers WAS MOPPING THE WALLS AND CELING OVER OPEN BLENDERS AND EXPOSED FRUIT. This was a blatant health code violation and blew my mind none of the other workers stopped her. The music was so loud my mother’s hearing aids were blowing up and she needed to wait outside. Seems like owner/manager needs to train workers better 🤯

Saturday morning, line out the door and they only have 2 people trying to serve both in-store and online orders!

The service was terrible. Order drinks online and then they never made the order because they were messing around in the back. Then we ordered tajin pineapple and cucumber. They only gave us cucumber and when we asked them about it they told us they didn’t have pineapple. They should have told us they didn’t have pineapple when we ordered it. Also, they didn’t even refund us. We will definitely not be coming back to this location.

The service was really good and the employees are super nice!!! The fruit was very good. The place is very pretty and welcoming. My only complaint is the acai is kind of tasteless.

Love the pb&j parfait. Pretty busy location so there's a wait, but centrally located & easy to get in/out.

Been there couple of times, just one occasion the smoothies were so tasteless but all the others were a delight. I could recommend to try it before stepping out just in case the flavors disappoint and you can have the opportunity to address it friendly with the staff. I mean we all make mistakes so no big deal. In case you enjoy your smoothie inside other thing to mention is 3 different times there were this stinky bleach smell around very unpleasant to stay, (I mean I’m grateful that the place is disinfected and take good care but that was just too much bleach so use the correct dosage).
