I ordered a drink over the app when I arrived I forgot to order a drink for my husband however they were very very busy. I watched everyone get served, which was about 6 to 7 people ahead of my app order I received my order from my husband still no order was ready for the app. Then went up and asked her where the order was for my app. She hadn’t started yet. This was maybe about 40 minutes or 45 minutes from the app order arrival time until I was done not sure if it was because I didn’t leave a tip on the app , you should just get rid of the tip option

Online order ahead wasn't working so I ordered inside. It was pretty quick but it's disappointing when there is left over ingredients from what was made before in my juice.
