I placed my order through the app which was seamless. When I went into pick up my order I wasn’t greeted, and after a few minutes had to ask about my order to which they told me it wasn’t ready yet which I was surprised because I arrived much later than the app time told me it would be ready. Then another person behind the counter said it was ready and in the fridge so they put it in a bag and set it on the counter and walked away. There was no personal interaction whatsoever.

I visit Nekter sometimes several times a week, and I love the Chandler (Fashion Center area) location. I wish there were more locations in Northwest Gilbert, though ;)
