There’s only one time that Nektar has disappointed me. Obviously today was not one of them. Everything was fantastic.

I think that the wait time I experienced for an order placed through the app was too long. I was hoping I would be able to go in and get my order upon arrival. It would have been quicker for me to just go directly to the store and not place my order in the app as I witnessed customers doing that as I waited for my order

Unfortunately someone else brought me this delicious order so I haven't had the pleasure of going into this particular store, but I can't wait to experience their great customer service in person! Everything was absolutely amazing, although I wish I had specified with my person about no granola but that's really my fault. I just had 12 teeth removed so your cold refreshing healthy treat hit just the spot for me!
Great. The Nektar app ordering online can be a little confusing. It took more time ordering online than it would have had I walked in and placed the order in person.

Today my order was ready so fast! We love Nektar, but usually the wait for our order seems too long for a few smoothies. Today it said 25 minutes was the length of time from order to pick up. I decided to go in 5 minutes early and for the first time ever they were already ready, waiting in the fridge.
Nektar is our emergency lunch stop with our kids. We like having a healthy option. If prices were lower we’d go more frequently
