Ordered via the app- wry smooth pick up experience. Friendly staff.

It was okay. Nothing super exciting about it. I ordered online and I went in actually earlier than the stated 30 minutes for my order to be ready. When I did go in, it was ready. The girl asked if I was there for a pick up, I said yes. She asked if I wanted a bag, I said no. That was the entire exchange. It wasn't a bad exchange and it wasn't one either. I wasn't jumping from the rooftops to tell everyone about the awesome customer experience. However, I also didn't want to reach out to a manager or the store to complain about my service. It was just a pick up.

My last interaction was great before that I called and sent two emails with no response. I ordered at wrong place Called immediately and then sent emails never heard anything back. I understand it was my error but there should be a way to rectify it by someone answering . Thank you

My chocolate bowl was great! I ordered it ahead of time on-line and it was ready when I arrived, so everything worked really well!

It was quick and tasted great. The dining area just needs some a/c lol

They refused to cancel an online order made at the wrong store.

I order online and my bowl is always ready when I get there. It was ready early today! And it's always perfect.
